I've been off the blog for a few months. The summer was not kind to me in terms of injuries and I was unable to get in any consistent training so didn't keep up with the blog on the days I did run or race.
I am trying to reestablish my mileage base before ramping up training for Boston as training will be starting up soon.
I visited my parents this weekend so ran most of my run at my high school track for the first time in my life. 2 miles to get to the track, 5 miles on the track, and 2 miles home.
