Progressive tempo run today on the treadmill (1.0 incline). I was really moving along today. I hope I left some in the tank for the 10k on Saturday.

This was a huge confidence booster after Satruday's awful long run. Now I just need to prep for the weather in New Orleans. The forecast for Saturday's race is 83 degrees and humid. I need to drink plenty of fluids this week and will probably do my outside runs this week in my winter gear to try and simulate the heat. |
